We make all our shipments from our headquarters in Barranquilla, and we have a variable rate depending on the city where the order is going. For orders over $ 180,000, shipping is free to any city in Colombia.
Shipments are prepared within 24 hours after payment validation. The delivery time may vary due to causes beyond the control of Kalon Skin Bar (for example, due to an unforeseen event from the courier company).
In the period of promotions and sales, the waiting time may be longer.
DELIVERY
The moment we ship, you will receive a notification email. The order will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase. In case any damage is detected at the time of delivery, you must indicate it to our email within the first 24 hours.
